The world of Warhammer Online is divided into various zones.

There are 30 zones in total, two zones for each Tier 1-3 pairing and three main zones for each Tier 4 pairing. There are three pairings in total: Empire vs. Chaos, Dwarfs vs. Greenskins and High Elves vs. Dark Elves.

Zones will border each other according to "level" or "Tier", with starting areas being Tier 1 and the highest end zones (between the capital cities) being Tier 4.
