Acquiring
In order to get the set You need to complete 2 Tome Unlocks:
- For Strife - Tome Unlock Demoted.
- For Torment - Tome Unlock Coin of the Trade.
After completing the unlocks, visit and purchase the items from one of the Tome Accessory Librarians around the world:

For Destruction:
