City-watch is set obtainable by finishing Quests#Public Quests in Capital Cities. It's the set that contains 5-pieces set (Boots, Gloves, Shoulders, Head and Chest) but does not grant Scout Ward. The set requiers Recruit Ward and Career Rank 17 to wear.
Acquiring
In order to get the set You need to get it from Gold bag from :
- For Order - The Empire's Keeper in Altdorf near The Bright Wizard Collegue or in Sigmar's Hammer
- For Destruction - The Raven's Keeper in The Inevitable City near Sacellum or in Viper's Pit
