This is a PvE Jewelry Set composed of 4 Jewelry pieces. Both pieces are the reward of the Tome Unlocks within Tome of Knowledge.
Acquiring
In order to get the set You need to complete 2 Tome Unlocks:

- For Writhing Shackles - Tome Unlock Soul Catcher
- For Fated Veil -
- For Bloodied Fracture -
After completing the unlocks, visit and purchase the items from one of the Tome Accessory Librarians around the world:
