The green moon Morrslieb draws nearer, and mysterious energies swirl in the long nights. Hexensnacht is upon us!

Wisps of clouds do little to hide the terrifying view of the two full moons of Morrslieb and Mannslieb. It is one of those times of year when the living pray that it won't be a cloudless night, for the view of those two full moons fills the hearts of the living with dread. Children are rushed indoors, windows are boarded up, and doors are barricaded. As the sun sets an eerie quiet overcomes the lands of the Old World, an eerie quiet that is shattered by the shrill cries of the undead. Morrslieb's sickly hue is fully visible in the Old World, washing the lands in its unnatural energies which give life to the undead. It peers down almost as deathly skull grinning at the harvest of souls that is about to begin.

A dark time of the year when Mannslieb pulls away from our world and Morrsleib draws ever nearer, full of mysterious energies. Mothers tell their children to rush inside before the sun sets. Fathers board up the windows and fend off sleep during the long nights. These are the nights when cries fill the darkness, cries not of the living.

Every child knows of the time of the year when the dead walk and the living hide in fear. The terrors of the night send chills down the spine of the most hardened souls, for the undead know no mercy. Fight for the living, or join the dead.

Hexensnacht is upon us, a time when the living cower in fear as the undead rise from their eternal rest. Agents of the Order of the Shroud come to the forces of Order for assistance in dealing with the undead, while Destruction seeks to take advantage over the turmoil within the Empire. Head to Altdorf and the Inevitable City to learn how you can help during Hexensnacht.

Tasks

For Order: Speak to Karla Hurgen at the Temple of Sigmar in Altdorf to aid the Temple of Morr during Hexensnacht.

• Kill Enemy Players 0 / 200

Though the dead may rise, your enemies still must fall.

• Complete the Terror Takes Flight PQ 0 / 1

Travel to Black Fire Pass and face the undead dragon known as the Terror of the Black Water.

• Deny Death 0 / 10

Do Not allow Morrsleib to claim the souls of your fallen allies. You can purchase the Book of the Dead in your capital to ais you in this task.

You may use the Resurrection book for 1x Morrslieb Coin to do this, or use any type of rez, like a banner rez, to accomplish it.

• For Order:Begin the Strictures of Morr 0 / 1

Speak to Lector Reinhert at the Temple of Sigmar in Altdorf to aid the temple of Morr during Hexensnacht. Complete the first half of this questline.

• For Destruction: :Begin Putting Death In Its Place 0 / 1

Speak to Kinsbek Spine-shifted at the Monolith in the Inevitable City regarding the unnatural events surrounding Hexensnacht. Complete the first half of this questline.

• Kill the Undead Minions 0 / 100

Fight for the living! Slay the undead across the lands!

• Use the Signet of the Cursed Company 0 / 1

The Cursed Company calls to your soul, resist the call.

• /pray for each enemy career as they go to Morr’s embrace 0 / 12

Pray for the dead, that they may stay dead this Hexensnacht. (Interact with this line item to view your checklist)

• Kill a Member of Konstantine’s Court 0 / 1

Konstantine gathers his forces, slay one of his commanders to stop the undead tide. (Interact with this line item for clues to the location of Konstantine’s commanders.)

• Purify a Hexenschädel 0 / 1

For Order: Speak with Thordrik Morrrecht at the Temple of Sigmar i Altdorf to acquire a Hexenschädel. Tier 1 players can also speak with Tobias Jungfried in the Nordland Warcamp.

For Destruction: Speak with Kadmine Skullshaver at the Monolith in the Inevitable City to acquire a Hexenschädel. Tier 1 players can also speak with Hethrek Deathspeaker in the Nordland Warcamp.

Earn these from repeatable quests, then trade them to the pile of Skulls near the quest giver.

Exclusive Hexensnacht Live Event Rewards

Rewards for the event include a Cursed Signet, a Morrslieb Coin, and a Vampiric Mount Harness.

Live Event Heralds and merchants are located at the Temple of Sigmar of Altdorf or the Monolith in the Inevitable City. The rewards for this live event are:

• Basic Rewards: Signet of the Cursed Company
• Advanced Rewards: Potion of Acclaim, or Morrslieb Coin - a unique event currency to purchase event-related cosmetics including cloaks and vampire-count themed weapons, weapon previews available here.
• Elite Rewards: A Vampiric Mounts Harness to control a Zombified mount. (4 Variations for Renown Ranks 16, 50, 80, and 85.)

For the Vampiric Mounts Harness, the higher Renown the Harness selected, the longer this limited-time mount will stay. The duration of these Mounts begins with 30 days, then 60 days, 90 days, and finally 120 days for the Renown Rank 85 version.

Completing the Event Quest for your faction, you will be awarded the Morrslieb Crest - an event slot item; and the Cloak of the Fallen Duke. Additionally after completing the Event Quest players will have the possibility to earn more Morrslieb Coins.

Weapon Skins

There are also a number of exclusive cosmetic Weapon Skins in this event which players can earn by trading in Morrslieb Coins.

Konstantine's Night Court

Hidden across the Old World are the resting places of Konstantine's Night Court - fourteen champions of undeath awaiting their Duke's call during Hexensnacht. Defeat them and take their cloaks for yourself. Should you find them, then keep their location a closely guarded secret, for sharing their location can lead to some bloody rivalries. There are thirteen riddles and thirteen targets to kill. To view the riddles, click on the Kill A Member of Konstantine's Court text in your Tome of Knowledge.

Special Capes

There are thirteen special capes exclusive to this live event that can be found by solving the Riddles and killing the Hero or NPC which spawns at the correct location.

The thirteenth cape requires special hearts from the other twelve bosses to be sacrificed in order to open the portal up to the final lord. Some of these fights are not easy, so it's recommended to bring friends, especially for the final fight.

Hexenschädel

Witch's skulls are known to possess dark magic, and burning it prevents this magic from being abused, but also wards the individual burning the skull. For every skull burned, players will have a 1% lower chance to be critically hit for one hour, stacking up to 5 times.

Players can speak with Thodrik Morrsrecht in the Temple of Sigmar in Altdorf, or Kadmine Skullshaver at the Monolith of the Inevitable City to learn how they can earn Hexenschädel. Tier 1 Players can also complete a quest in Tier 1 by speaking to Tobias Jungfried (Order) or Hethrek Deathspeaker (Destruction) in the Nordland warcamps.

Terror Takes Flight ORvR PQ

Journey to Black Fire Pass and face the zombified corpse of a mighty dragon, which in life terrorized the dwarfs of Karak Varn. Join your realm in defeating the Terror of the Black Water, and beating your enemy. Perhaps you will be lucky enough to skin the zombie dragon and claim a bit of its hide as a trophy.
