Instructions: Order & Destruction
Interact with "Fleshy Mushrooms" (60.4k 61.6k) in the cave "Southern Stonewind Cavern" in Saphery (57k 60k) . It's a set of 3 blue mushrooms that look exactly the same as the "Bluespore Nightcap" quest items throughout the rest of the cave. They are in the split level area just before the deepest part of the cave.
