Choosing Army (Race)
After downloading and installing the client, it is time to create a character. The first choice you will make is to determine which army (race) you want to join. For detailed information, see the Armies of WAR page.
Choosing Career / Archetype
After selecting an army, it is time to choose a career. Every army has four careers to choose from, and each career represents a different archetype: Tank, Healer, Melee DPS or Ranged DPS. For detailed information, see the Careers page.
Personalising Your Character
In the final step, customize your character's appearance. In most cases, you can also choose your character's gender. Choose from a variety of hair, beard, skin colour, and jewellery options. Enter a name and click Done. The random-name button suggests a name that fits your selected race and gender.
