Kill a Spite named "Tarestil" in Mount Bloodhorn at 55k 28k. He is a bit hidden between 2 trees.
Note: Contrary to the tome tooltip, this mob is not a champion.

If you kill "Maegda", you will find near another Spite named "Tainted Grove Spite" for A Defiled-Life Force unlock.
