Interact with the barrel "Bugman's XXXXXX" near the merchant of Dwarf Chapter 18. There are tents and crates next to the barrel.
For Destruction: To reach the barrel, follow the road north of the chapter then stop around 12.8k 22.5k. There you will see dwarf banners and a piece of broken wall. Head southwest following closely this broken wall, to reach the barrel.
