Kill the lone level 4 'Lost Horror' Champion, in the hills west of Lacorith. It is found on a high mountain ridge that is a little difficult to reach:

• If you are coming from the Destruction side (west side), climb to 18.6k 40.2k then follow the slope of the mountain to reach the Horror.
• If you are coming from the Order side (east side), run south at 27.5k 46.7k, then climb to reach 18.6k 40.2k. Eventually follow the slope of the mountain to reach the Horror.
