Grimmenhagen

Grimmenhagen is a village in Nordland and the first area an order player reaches in the Empire. It is the setting for the story chapter War Comes to Grimmenhagen. It is a village under attack from chaos. Karl Franz has sent reinforcements from the Order of the Griffon to defend the area. Viktor Riese as one of the most experienced commanders of the front complains that he does not get the respect he deserves and it is clear there are many villagers and farmers that doubt the intentions of the reinforcements, believing they don´t want to save them and instead get them to die to protect another place deemed more important.

The farms of Grimmenhagen are important to supply fighting in other places of Nordland and the important windmill of Grimmenhagen is defended by Sergeant Westwood.

At some point in the lands history the place was visited by Granther Hammerfist and the dwarf is buried in a haunted tomb there.
