Gems with Benefits is a quest in Nordland given by Konrad Schultz. Konrad wants you to speak to him again to chose items to get. Then he wants you to slot a talisman in an item with a talisman slot and speak to Reginald Vance.

"Sigmar's power can bless many things, like these Talismans, to make you even more powerful. Here, pick two of mine, and let me show you how."
Upon talking again to Konrad Schultz:
"Pick whichever Talismans you feel will aid you the most, then speak to me again and I'll teach you how to slot it."
Upon talking even more to Konrad Schultz:
"Good, you picked some you like? Next, you need to unequip any gear with a Talisman slot, and then we'll place a Talisman into it."
