First, you have to take the quest "Cleansing an Empire" in High Pass at Chapter 10. Speak to Gerard Cammen.
STEP 1
Click on the Empire Corspe at North of the campement.
Retrun to Gerard Cammen when complete.
STEP 2
KIll 15 Slavering Frond located on the marked area.
Retrun to Gerard Cammen when complete.
STEP 3
Speak to Avurel Greywind at 20k/48.4k.
STEP 4
Kill 6 Changing Zealot at the entrance of the tower and click on the Greystone.
Return to Avurel Greywind when complete.
STEP 5
Travel to Chapter 12 and speak to Derek Hutchke at 43k/56.6k.
STEP 6
Kill Doctor Zumwald at 35k/42.2k.
Return to Derek Hutchke when complete.
STEP 7
Click on Glowing Vial at 43.6k/43.7k.
Return to Derek Hutchke when complete.
STEP 8
Speak to Mathilde Drum at 54.6k/56.4k.
STEP 9
KIll Doctor Zumwald, just near Mathilde Drum at 54.6k/55.4k.
Return to Mathilde Drum when complete.
STEP 10
Travel to Talabecland and speak to Elise Lang at 53.6k/18.1k.
