They are commonly known as the Warriors of Blood, Teeth of Death and occasionally the Horned Ones. It is rare to find a '''Bloodletter''' not covered in blood and gore, although it is a object of discussion if it is part of their demonic nature or if it's because they only have one desire: to shed blood on a battlefield and claim skulls for their patron god Khorne.

Like many of the minions of Khorne, the frenzied nature of the Bloodletters can be used against them by clever opponents, even Daemons can be cut down in a hail of gunfire and artillery.
