At Least They'll Stay Cool is a Tome of Knowledge Bestiary entry for the Bear.

Instructions: Order & Destruction

Killing Darkclaw Bears and Darkclaw Maulers in The Shadowlands in a large zone around 58.6k 28.9k, will provide the unlock. You will have to loot a Pocket Item 'Bear Pelt', then equiping it to unlock the associated title.
