Order
Kill Bestigor's around the Blackhorn Herdstone in Talabecland, around 48k,39k. They will randomly drop an item called Grisly Necklace. Right click it to trigger the unlock.
Destruction
As per Order.
OR
Kill Witch Hunter Adept (level 9 Champion) at 47k,42k in Talabecland. He dropped the Grisly Necklace. Right click it to trigger the unlock.
Hint
Kill Ungors also for Trinkets for Treasure bestiary unlock.
