Kill 'Warpwind Night Runner' around Skaven Tunnels until one drops a Pocket Item 'Fresh Meat'. Equip it will trigger the unlock.
Note: Warpwind Night Runners are mainly just outside the Skaven Tunnels.

Kill 'Ungol Stallion' south of Chaos Chapter 19, until one drops a Pocket Item 'Fresh Meat'. Equip it will trigger the unlock.

Tip
