Engage Thrags, level 15 hero, in combat for a few moments in the Marshes of Madness, located at 55k,60k to trigger this unlock
- Thrags is located on top of a mountain cliff. In order to gain access to him you must enter from 56k, 54k.
- Thrags is on a long timer, I got there and he was not up so I waited 30 minutes for him to spawn.
