Much debate has raged over the relative intelligence of Harpies. Despite their appearance, they seem incapable of speech, and display behaviors that would barely seem to differentiate them from wild beasts. What they lack for in mental capacity they make up for in cunning. Harpies are vicious predators that use their wings to their best advantage, swooping down upon their prey in great numbers and tearing them to shreds with their talons.
