In addition to the normal bonuses, Blood-Iron rings also contain a double-edged bonus that both aids and harms the player who wears them.


When worn, regular Blood-Iron rings increase a player's outgoing damage by 1%, but also increase the player's chance to be critically hit by an enemy by 2%.

Players can adjust the Blood-Iron ring into a Bled version by exchanging the original ring and a [[Liquid Serenity]] item to the vendor.

*Bled versions forego the damage increase and instead grant a 1% incoming damage reduction, however, they still maintain the 2% increased chance to be critically hit by enemies.

Additionally, it has a roughly 5-8% chance of dropping from all other major [[Bastion Stair]] bosses.
