Blood Iron Ring

Blood-Iron rings offer powerful offensive bonuses in exchange for the wearer risking a higher chance of being critically hit by enemies.

Blood-Iron Rings are unique jewelry that can be exchanged within the Bastion Stair Dungeon. They can be purchased in the entrance room of the Dungeon, at a merchant near the quest giver NPCs.

  • These rings require 4x Blood-Iron and 2x Blood-Gems to acquire, and the gemstone slotted into the ring determines the types of stats and bonus the ring contains.
  • The gemstone bonuses here follow the same pattern as both the Annulus Rings from Twilight's Tide and the Lost Vale Rings.
  • Blood-Iron rings contain no magic resistance, but instead offer additional armor.

Bonuses

In addition to the normal bonuses, Blood-Iron rings also contain a double-edged bonus that both aids and harms the player who wears them.

When worn, regular Blood-Iron rings increase a player's outgoing damage by 1%, but also increase the player's chance to be critically hit by an enemy by 2%.

  • This damage buff will stack with a Bloodlord weapon or a Set Bonus damage increase, like some DPS Vanquisher sets, but multiple Blood-Iron rings will not stack the damage bonus.

Bled Blood-Iron Ring

Players can adjust the Blood-Iron ring into a Bled version by exchanging the original ring and a Liquid Serenity item to the vendor.

  • Bled versions forego the damage increase and instead grant a 1% incoming damage reduction, however, they still maintain the 2% increased chance to be critically hit by enemies.
    • These versions are more useful for healers or defensive-specced tanks who may not benefit as much from the 1% outgoing damage increase of the normal Blood-Iron rings.
  • Liquid Serenity can be earned by completing a quest chain within the Bastion Stair.
