Handy Dandy is a Tome of Knowledge Bestiary unlock for Chaos Mutant.

Instructions: Order & Destruction

Collect 10 "Mutant Hands" in Talabecland on "Grave Mutants" around 21.1k 31.6k or 5k 33.7k.
Trade them for 2 Pocket Items "Right Hand" and "Left Hand":

For Order: To the Library Assistant in the Library at Altdorf. Equip the "Right Hand" for the unlock, and the "Left Hand" for the associated title.

For Destruction: To the Disciple's Assistant in the Lyceum at Inevitable City. Equip the "Right Hand" for the unlock, and the "Left Hand" for the associated title.
