Kill "Brackmaw", a level 15 Champion River Troll, at 56.7k 43.8k, with the "Barrel of Perfume" in your inventory. Brackmaw is surrounded by some "Rank Trolls". Equipe the 'Barrel of Perfume' to complete the quest and unlock.
