Instructions on Return of Reckoning: Order & Destruction

Kill 'Warpwind Night Runner' around Skaven Tunnels (8.5k 64k and 2k 60k) in Praag, until one drops a Pocket Item 'Fresh Meat'. Equip it will trigger the unlock.

Note: Warpwind Night Runners are mainly just outside the Skaven Tunnels.

Or

Kill 'Ungol Stallion' south of Chaos Chapter 19 in Praag (around 42k 54k), until one drops a Pocket Item 'Fresh Meat'. Equip it will trigger the unlock.

Tip
