Step 1: Talk to either the Raven War Sapper or the Hungry Hound near the Rally Master Lord Xyshrenth at Southern Breach (Chaos Chapter 19) to receive an Empty Feed Bag. You will see the text:

I'm sure we can convert it if we keep it happy and fed!''
