Interact with 'Dwarf Post' in the Khaz Kol Bar tunnels, in front of a dwarf door.
Tip: To reach it, from Destruction PQ 'Fall of Firebrew' (55.4k 19.5k) head west than north at 51k 18.2k. You will naturally have to turn left where an enormous pillar is, continue a little and the door will be on your right.
