The story
The ancient Gates of Ekrund guard the mountain pass between the Dwarven mines of Ekrund and Mount Bloodhorn. The Dwarfs are fighting to reclaim and seal the gates, while the Greenskins keep pressing to break through. In the scenario, these forces are represented by Order and Destruction.
How to play
Capture the three marked objectives: the central Gate Switch, the Supply Room, and the Ammunitions Cache. Watch the objective markers and the scenario display to see which realm controls each point. Capturing points and keeping them under your realm's control build your score; defeating enemy players adds points too.
Try to secure more than one objective, then move together to defend or contest the points that matter most. The Gate Switch is central, so expect the opposing realm to challenge it. Do not leave your group isolated while rotating between objectives.
Objective scoring
- Capturing the Gate Switch awards 20 points.
- Capturing the Supply Room or Ammunitions Cache awards 15 points.
- While held, the Gate Switch adds 3 points every 6 seconds. Each outer objective adds 2 points every 6 seconds.
- Holding all three objectives triples the objective scoring rate.
- Defeating an enemy player awards 4 points.
These values reflect the current scenario settings and may change in a later patch.
The first realm to reach 500 points wins. If neither realm reaches 500 before the 12-minute time limit, the realm with the higher score wins.
