Hot Deal is a Tome of Knowledge Bestiary entry for Flamer of Tzeentch.

Kill 'Kruk'tar the Drunken' in Nordland at 18.9k 41.4k for the unlock
Kill him until he drops a Pocket Item 'Mote of Change'. Equip it for the associated title.

Talk to/kill 'Soulflame', a level 41 Flamer of Tzeentch in the Chaos Wastes at 48k 6.5k.

Note: There is another Soulflame at 60.3k 8.4k, but it is not the good one.
