What's a Rat's Nest is a Tome of Knowledge Bestiary entry for Skaven.

26k, 19.4k - in Talabecland
Interact with a banner "Verminkin Banner", at the top of the "Horned Tower". To reach it, you must go through portal at the waterfall. It will teleport you inside the tower at 30k, 18.2k, just go to the top.
You will eventually have to leave the tower going through the portal next to the banner. Walk a little then you'll find another portal, which will teleport you back in Talabecland.
