Kill 50 'Gashthorn Gors' in Ostland then speak to the kill collector Droki Greybeard in Bohsenfels Empire Chapter 8 to complete the kill quest 'Outslay the Slayer'. A good location is the camp at 20k 37k on the south banks of the river.
