The Shrine of Ulric near the border of Nordland is a focal point for mysterious happenings. Some hillfolk say that the Shrine is watched over by a huge, fearsome wolf with blood-red eyes. Others say that the Shrine has attracted an entire pack of wolves that bay at the full moon and terrorize the surrounding countryside.
