Enter the 'Cliffrunner Den' cave in Black Crag at 63k 56k.
In the room before 'Gorfang Rotgut' (level 40 champion orc), at the right when you enter, is a snotling 'Hoarding Burrower' (level 41 snotling at 62.5k 61.5k).
Kill him to get a Pocket Item "Relic Sword of Verena". Equip it for the unlock.
