- Interact with "Troll Droppings" on the ground in Troll Country at 49.2k 44k or 50k 49.3k or 51.8k 46.4k, to receive a "River Troll Dropping".
- Take this item:
- For Order: To "Brenard the Alchemist" in Empire Chapter 6.
- For Destruction: To "Voxanna the Transmuter" in Chaos Chapter 6.
