Free of Chains is a Tome of Knowledge Bestiary entry for Bloodbeast of Khorne.
Instructions: Order & Destruction
17300, 26100 - In Bastion Stair
Click on "Victim of the Bloodherd" to get the item "Bloodforged Axe", then kill the 3rd boss "Azuk'Thul" at 8800, 11300, with the item in your inventory.
(NOTE: Only those with the axe in their inventory will get the unlock for the kill, so each member of the party needs to pick one up.)
