API:StatusBarStopInterpolating

From RoR Wiki

UI Lua API · StatusBar functions
Version: WAR 1.4.8

Makes a StatusBar's fill jump straight to its current value.

StatusBarStopInterpolating(barName)

Arguments

barName
string – Name of a StatusBar window.

Returns

Nothing.

Details

  • A bar with interpolate="true" in XML moves its fill gradually after StatusBarSetCurrentValue. This call ends that movement and redraws the fill at the current value.
  • On a bar without interpolation it only redraws the fill.
  • The error message names StatusBarGetMaximumValue instead of StatusBarStopInterpolating. It is the same when the window does not exist and when it is not a StatusBar.

Errors

  • Error in function call 'StatusBarGetMaximumValue': StatusBar %s does not exist.

Example

From eatemplate_unitframes/source/statusbar.lua:

function UnitFrameFriendlyStatusBar:StopInterpolating ()
    StatusBarStopInterpolating (self:GetName ())
end
