Asks the server to remove all of the player's active tactics.
ClearActiveTactics()
Arguments
None.
Returns
Nothing.
Details
- Collects the IDs of all tactics the client currently has as active and sends one "remove tactic" request containing all of them.
- If the client has no active tactics, nothing is sent.
- Arguments are not checked; anything passed is ignored.
- The stock UI never calls this function.

None.
