Who Is Up for Seconds is a Tome of Knowledge Bestiary entry for Troll.

Instructions: Order and Destruction

Kill "Mudbelly Trolls" in The Badlands until one drops a Pocket Item "Troll's Dinner". Equip it for the unlock. You can find them in The Badlands:
