Kill 'Boneshard Minions' in Ostland inside the 'Gerstmann Crypt' at 30.5k 18.5k, until one drops a Pocket Item 'Faded Scroll'. Equip it for the unlock.

Kill 'Skeletal Gebauers' in Ostland inside 'Ferlangen Cementary' at 11.2k 29.5k, southeast of Chaos Chapter 5, until one drops a Pocket Item 'Faded Scroll'. Equip it for the unlock.
