What's a Rat's Nest is a Tome of Knowledge Bestiary entry for Skaven.
Instructions: Order & Destruction
Interact with a banner "Verminkin Banner" in Talabecland at 30k 18.2k, at the top of the "Horned Tower". To reach it, you must go through portal at 26k 19.4k at the waterfall. It will teleport you inside the tower, just go to the top.
You will eventually have to leave the tower going through the portal next to the banner. Walk a little then you'll find another portal, which will teleport you back in Talabecland.
