Order
Talk to Kormina Falinsdotr in the Pick & Goggles in the Dwarf starting area in Ekrund. You will receive Squig-on-a Stick. Right click this item in your backpack to trigger the unlock.
Destruction
Talk to Tochez at Da War Maker in Mount Bloodhorn to receive a Squig-on-a-Stick and right-click it to unlock the title. Tochez is at 15,5k x 53k next to the bonfire.
