The Best Secrets Are Worth Dying For is a Tome of Knowledge Bestiary entry for Wraith.

Instructions: Order & Destruction

  1. Interact with 'Obscure Rock' in Chaos Wastes at 41.4k 64k, inside the 'Twisted Caves' at 39.6k 61.5k. To reach it, follow the right wall to a small alcove, being careful of 'Harthul the Monstrous' (rank 38 Hero Dragon Ogre). Interacting with it summons 'Ma'Leeng', a rank 39 Wraith, above the cave on top of the mountain.
  2. Kill 'Ma'Leeng' to receive 'Ma'Leeng's Journal'.
  3. Use the journal to receive this unlock.

Note: Start your climb at 38.7k 61.8k until you can't go up any farther and then start working your way to the right, then jump and you'll reach the top of the mountain. If jump has failed, you may be down at 38k 64k, don't worry. Continue to the south at 37.3k 65.3k. You eventually just need to climb the mountain.
