- Interact with 'Obscure Rock' in Chaos Wastes at 41.4k 64k within the 'Twisted Caves'. To reach it follow the right wall until you find it.
- Interacting with Obscure Rock will make spawn 'Ma'Leeng', a rank 39 Wraith, above the Twisted Caves. You will have to climb the mountains to kill her for the unlock.
- Killing her will drop a Pocket Item 'Ma'leeng's Journal'. Equip it for the associated title.
