Instructions: Order & Destruction

  1. Kill 'Ma'Leeng', a rank 39 Wraith, in Chaos Wastes at 41.4k 64k, above the 'Twisted Caves' on top of the mountains. You will get the unlock.
  2. Killing her will drop a Pocket Item 'Ma'Leeng's Journal'. Equip it for the associated title.

Note: Start your climb at 38.7k 61.8k until you can't go up any farther and then start working your way to the right, then jump and you'll reach the top of the mountain. If jump has failed, you may be down at 38k 64k, don't worry. Continue to the south at 37.3k 65.3k. You eventually just need to climb the mountain.
