This is the Lair of Ulnac the Shambler, a Rank 31 Bone Giant located in the RVR lake of Black Fire Pass.
Approx location: 4000, 24000
Tip: There's a small tome lore unlock on a detonator in the mine next to the lair. To the left of the entrance there will be a train track wreckage, travel up the hill and at the back you will see the cavern of the Shambler.
Killed Shambler drops rare (blue) 31 level helmets
