Scales of Mourning is a Tome of Knowledge Bestiary entry for the Basilisk.
Instructions: Order & Destruction
Kill the Basilisk 'Stinky' (this mob is not a champion) in his cave in the northwestern corner of Black Crag at Sulfur Cave (5k, 8k).
Or
Kill the level 39 Champion basilisk 'Black Scale' (40.7k 38.7k) in Black Crag also gives this unlock. Fixed in next patch

Tips
2 other Basilisk entries can be completed near:
- Entering 'Sulfures Cave' should also provide the entry Cave of Stone. (Not implemented yet)
- It's in the Bag can be completed right south of these unlocks.
