Prescribed Flesh is a Tome of Knowledge Bestiary entry for Troll.
Instructions: Order & Destruction
Kill "Stonegullet Trolls" in "The Despair Pits" cave at 23k 28k, or just northeast outside, in Black Crag, until one drops a Pocket Item "Troll Flesh". Equip it for the unlock.
