This is a bestiary unlock for Bestigor.
Order
Kill 60 Dreadhorn Beastman around 57k, 19k in the Chaos Wastes and then talk to Harald Nacht, the Kill Collector for quest Dreadhorn, at Fires of Sigmar (Empire Ch. 22).
Destruction
Gudlaug Nacht is a healer NPC is Ch15 camp in Chaos Wastes, so it is very likely he is involved in the unlock.
