Lair of Metoh is a lair hidden in an area of Troll Country, located at the top of the ice area.

Killed Metoh drops 1-2 level 39 rare (blue) helmet.
Directions
The lair is an ice cave located in Troll Country at the top of the glacier in the NW corner of the map and is directly north of the landmark, Iceflow Maw.
The lair is reached by jumping up some ice platforms.
