Let's See What This Does is a Tome of Knowledge Bestiary entry for Wyvern.
Instructions on Return of Reckoning: Order & Destruction
Interact with a "Wyvern Trap" in Black Crag at 21.2k 9.1k.
Once the unlock triggered, you can claim the jewel buying it from the correct merchant in Library (Order) / Lyceum (Destruction).

Kill "Rustblot Squigs" or "Rustspatter Squigs" a short distance west, east, or south of the "Wyvern Trap" in Black Crag at (21.2k 9.1k), until one drops a "Fresh Meat". Right click the Wyvern Trap to place the Fresh Meat.
