- Kill 'Corrupt Spawn', a level 39 Champion Firewyrm of Tzeentch, in the Chaos Wastes at 22.7k 52.4k, to trigger the unlock. You can easily reach him from RvR lake.
- He drops a Pocket Item 'Scintillating Scale'. Equip it to trigger the associated title.
