Enter the Despair Pits (2.97k, 27.79k) (middle of W border). In the N end of the cave, there's something on the ground that you can interact with called Drul's Lunch. Interacting with it gives you a text saying you could poison. Go to the S end of the cave & kill Skittering Spiders to get a Poison Gland. Then interact with Drul's Lunch to get the unlock. Drul's Lunch is a pile of 4 rocks on the ground located at 7500,20290.
Interact with a pack of stones "Drul's Lunch" in [[Black Crag]] at 700 20.3k inside the cave "The Despair Pits", at its north end.

  1. Kill "Skittering Spiders" inside the cave "The Despair Pits" in Black Crag at 700 30.1k, until one drops "Poison Gland". They are at the south end of the cave.
  2. Once you have collected the "Poison Gland", interact with a pack of stones "Drul's Lunch" at the north end of the same cave (The Despair Pits) at 700 20.3k, to poison it.

Tips

In the same cave "The Despair Pits", you will find "Stonegullet Trolls" for the unlock Prescribed Flesh.
